Seeking Skilled Cold Callers for Luxury Real Estate Lead Generation - Long-Term Role

We are hiring multiple long-term cold callers to join Broker JC, a U.S. Luxury real estate brand operating in New York, Dallas, and Los Angeles. The role is roughly 90% dialing and lead-setting into U.S. Real estate prospects — sellers, buyers, investors, and commercial property owners. This is a multi-hire opportunity. The right operators get hired, not just the right operator.

compensation — base + commission
$500 usd/month base, paid monthly, 40 hours per week, aligned with u.S. Business hours. The base is intentionally low because the upside is the offer. Cold callers who convert qualified leads inside Go High Level (GHL) earn a percentage commission on each qualified lead they produce. Commission is discussed after the 30, 60, and 90-day reviews. The first 30 days are a getting-to-know-you period — not a "trial."

REQUIRED
- Fluent English with a clear, neutral, U.S.-Friendly accent (Americans should hear you and not strain).
- Hands-on Go High Level experience — pipelines, dialer, workflows.
- Real estate cold calling background strongly preferred — FSBO, expired, absentee owner, investor lists.
- Reliable internet, USB headset, quiet workspace.
- Coachable. Calm and conversational on the phone. Not a script-reader.

2. Send a 60-90 second voice recording (Loom, Vocaroo, or audio file link) reading the script below — and then, in your own words, telling us why you'd be a fit.

"hi, this is [your name] calling on behalf of broker jc. The reason for my call — we work with property owners across Dallas, New York, and Los Angeles, and I wanted to ask just one quick question: if the price was right, would you ever consider selling, or even hearing what your property might trade for in this market?"

3. In 3-4 sentences: how long you've been cold calling, the lead types you've called into, and your most recent role's KPIs (calls per day, appointments per week).

4. Confirm Go High Level experience — send a screenshot, screen recording, or written description that proves you've worked inside GHL.

5. Tell us your time zone and the hours you can commit to.

We're not looking for script-readers. We want phone professionals with the instincts to grow into top closers. Strong operators on the same upside structure scale into a real team.
