Key Responsibilities will include:
- Leading architectural design and full stack feature implementation utilizing
React.js,
Node.js,
Next.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB/PostgresSQL across the entire healthcare platform.
- Developing and maintaining secure REST APIs and microservices, ensuring seamless integration with Electronic Health Records (EHRs), patient management systems, and existing legacy clinical infrastructure.
- Managing cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/gcp) and optimizing ci/cd pipelines to facilitate rapid, stable, and reliable deployments.
- Architecting and optimizing MongoDB schemas specifically for high-volume patient data, focusing on efficient indexing, robust data integrity, and a compliance-ready structure.
- Translating intricate clinical workflows into intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly frontend interfaces using
React.js and
Next.js.
- Implementing enterprise-standard security protocols, including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, phi/pii encryption, comprehensive role-based access control, and detailed audit logging, all meticulously aligned with hipaa requirements.
- Integrating core AI functionalities to effectively process historical patient data and provide intelligent support for clinical decision-making processes.
