We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to act as a Technical Lead, guiding our product through its beta launch and supporting its subsequent growth phase. This is a hands-on position for an individual capable of writing robust code, as well as confidently managing, maintaining, and improving a complex project. We require a developer who can seamlessly integrate into an existing codebase, ensure it is production-ready, resolve issues, enhance stability, and provide technical leadership for the launch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare the platform for a successful beta launch.
* Conduct a thorough review of the current system to identify and address weak points.
* Implement bug fixes and improve overall technical stability.
* Enhance error handling mechanisms and elevate code quality across the project.
* Responsibly manage and maintain the project's technical infrastructure.

Required Technical Skills and Experience:
* Strong, proven experience with MongoDB, Express, React, and
Node.js (MERN stack).
* Demonstrated ability to work on and deliver complex full-stack projects.
* Prior experience in preparing software products for beta or full production launch.
* Capability to independently manage technical tasks and resolve complex problems.
* A solid understanding of debugging techniques, performance optimization, and maintainable architectural principles.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
* Reliable, organized, and capable of taking full ownership of technical initiatives.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Experience in a technical lead or senior developer role, particularly within a startup environment.
