About the Opportunity

We are launching a premium international B2B media platform with editorial operations between Paris (HQ) and Rio de Janeiro.
We are assembling a high-level founding team in Rio to ensure long-term cohesion and collaboration.

This role requires strong international collaboration skills, as we work with contributors and partners across Europe and Latin America.
You must be comfortable coordinating across time zones and working within a multicultural environment.

The engagement is planned to begin within the next two months, as part of our structured launch timeline.

Your Role
- Define global social positioning strategy
- Adapt long-form editorial into high-impact digital formats
- Shape influence and amplification systems
- Elevate thought leadership positioning
- Analyze and optimize performance
- Collaborate with editorial leadership across countries

This is a strategic positioning role, not operational posting.

Profile
- 5+ years in social strategy (B2B strongly preferred)
- Proven experience building executive positioning
- Experience in international environments
- Comfortable managing cross-timezone collaboration
- Fluent English required / French preferred
- Based in Rio with regular office presence

Engagement Model
