We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Editor and Playbook Development Specialist to transform an existing manuscript into a publication-ready, premium professional educational Playbook. This is not a ghostwriting or translation project. The core manuscript, editorial architecture, proprietary frameworks, governance manual, prompts, and development system are already completed in English.

The selected professional will be responsible for executing the transformation of these materials into a polished, high-quality Playbook, ensuring complete editorial consistency throughout. The project scope includes:

Instructional design: Structuring content for optimal learning and engagement.
Technical editing: Refining language for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to technical standards.
Premium Microsoft Word formatting: Applying professional and consistent formatting.
Educational layouts: Designing visually appealing and effective page layouts.
Development of callout boxes, worksheets, and decision tools: Integrating interactive and practical elements.
Incorporation of reviewer perspectives and navigation elements.
Overall publication-ready production: Ensuring the final product meets professional publishing standards.

No research or clinical content creation is required for this project. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with executive playbooks, advanced technical editing, instructional design principles, AI-assisted editorial workflows, and a strong understanding of professional publishing standards. All project materials are provided in English. Communication with the client will be conducted in Spanish.
