Smm & Partnerships Manager for Latam Crypto/Fintech Market Expansion

We are expanding our presence in the Latin American market and are looking for a proactive specialist who combines the talents of an SMM Manager and a PR specialist. We need the voice of our brand in LATAM, someone who knows how to engage the audience and build strong connections with local players. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates from Argentina or Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
*  SMM & Content: Manage and develop social networks (X/Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok) in Spanish. Adapt global news to the local context (slang, memes, cultural specifics of Argentina and other Latin American countries).
*  PR & Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with local media, bloggers, and opinion leaders within the LATAM crypto community.
*  Partnerships: Identify potential partners (other exchanges, wallets, financial services) and conduct initial negotiations for collaborations.
*  Reporting: Monitor competitor activity in the region and report on the effectiveness of partnerships.

Our Requirements:
*  Languages: Spanish (Native or C1) is mandatory. English or Ukrainian for internal team communication.
*  Experience: At least 1 year in smm or pr, ideally in the crypto / fintech / web3 sector.
*  Skills: Ability to effectively pitch partnership ideas, excellent written communication. Understanding of crypto retail basics (P2P, exchange operations, stablecoins) will be a significant plus.

Will be an advantage:
*  An existing network of local crypto bloggers or journalists in LATAM.
*  Understanding of the specifics of the Argentinian market (e.g., Lemon, Belo, Ripio platforms).
