We’re BTP Automation, a high-growth SaaS company in the corporate travel space, and we’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and digitally fluent Administrative & Operations Associate to work directly with our two co-founders. This is not a “check the calendar and file expenses” type of admin role. You’ll be at the center of how we operate as a company, helping us build and adapt structure as we scale. You’ll continuously track priorities, capture what’s happened and what needs to happen (day by day, hour by hour), and help us turn chaos into clear systems. You’ll also research, make recommendations, and contribute to building playbooks that shape how we grow. Responsibilities: Keep track of founder priorities, tasks, and follow-ups. Execute and refine workflows and playbooks as we scale. Support research and strategy projects with clear summaries and recommendations. Help maintain an adaptable operating rhythm across the company. Be both a doer and a thought partner to leadership. What we’re looking for: Highly reliable and hard-working. Organized and detail-oriented. Digitally proficient (modern remote tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.). Strategic mindset, able to zoom out as well as execute. Friendly, open, and someone we’ll enjoy working with day-to-day. A quick learner — we’ll train you on the rest.
