Cold Email & Appointment Setter

About Us:
We are a digital agency that builds CRO-optimized landing pages and Shopify solutions. We’re launching our outbound cold email campaigns and looking for a smart, detail-oriented VA who can manage lead data, upload campaigns into Smartlead, and handle responses to book qualified appointments.

Responsibilities:
- Clean, verify, and manage lead lists (remove duplicates, validate emails, enrich missing info).
- Upload and organize leads in Smartlead (or similar outreach platforms).
- Monitor cold email inboxes daily and respond to prospects using templates.
- Handle objections professionally and forward qualified leads.
- Schedule and confirm appointments directly into our calendar.
- Provide weekly reporting on leads, replies, and booked meetings.

Requirements:
- Excellent written English (must be able to write clear and professional replies).
- Previous experience with cold email tools (Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, etc.) Is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and reliable — able to manage data accurately.
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
