Technical Client Representative for Ai/Ml and Data Projects (Remote, Part-Time)

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Client Representative. In this client-facing, remote, part-time contract role, you will work closely with clients (90% of the time) and our internal teams to facilitate technical communication and project execution. The ideal candidate should be comfortable discussing complex technical topics, understanding client requirements, and helping ensure that AI training and labeling projects are completed accurately and on time. This role requires strong English communication, deep technical understanding, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities include: Communicating effectively with US-based clients through regular meetings. Understanding detailed client requirements for AI model training, data labeling, project evaluation, and various technical tasks. Translating client needs into clear, actionable instructions for internal teams and project contributors. Reviewing technical outputs thoroughly to ensure accuracy, clarity, and overall quality. Providing essential support for ai/ml, python, .NET, and other data-related projects as needed. Participating in client meetings to clearly explain project status, identify and address blockers, manage timelines, and elaborate on technical details. Requirements for this role include: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, preferably at a Native, C2, or C1 level. Strong grammar, clear pronunciation, and a professional communication style are essential. The ability to communicate confidently and effectively in client meetings. Comfort in explaining intricate technical concepts in simple and understandable language. Strong attention to detail in all written communication and documentation. Candidates should possess working knowledge of some or most of the following technologies: Programming Languages such as Python, C#, SQL, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Backend development frameworks like FastAPI or ASP.NET Core Web API. Database systems including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Redis. Cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure, but AWS experience is also highly valued. DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
