We’re a Singapore-based startup expanding into the U.S. Software market, and we’re looking for a reliable U.S.-Based virtual assistant to help with light operational and IT-related tasks.

This is part-time, flexible work focused on simple, routine support. Great fit if you’re organized, dependable, and comfortable handling basic tech and logistics.

What you’ll help with

- Managing company laptops (keeping devices active and organized)
- Coordinating shipping & receiving of equipment within the U.S.
- Assisting with basic account setup when laptops are assigned
- Simple operational support as we grow

Requirements

- Must be based in the United States
- Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with basic tech setup (no deep IT skills required)
- Able to coordinate shipping/logistics independently

Compensation

- Trial & onboarding (first 2 months): $10/hour (lighter workload)
- Ongoing: Expected $2,000–$3,000/month, depending on support level
