🚘 Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Vehicle Lead Generator & Buyer Liaison (Texas Market) Pay: $4–6/hour (negotiable based on experience) Hours: Part-time to full-time (flexible) Location: Remote (Preferably Filipino or Dominican VA) Type: Long-term with performance-based bonuses 📋 Job Overview I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me source vehicles for purchase from private sellers in Texas. You will use platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, and others to gather leads, verify vehicle availability, and act as my communication assistant. You’ll be responsible for: Finding vehicles that meet my criteria. Gathering detailed info on listings. Contacting sellers (calls & messages) to verify availability. Organizing and updating leads in Google Sheets or CRM. Acting as my communication liaison and scheduling calls or inspections when needed. 🔍 Responsibilities Search daily on: Facebook Marketplace Craigslist (Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio) OfferUp Autotrader (private seller filter) CarGurus (private sellers) Local TX Facebook groups for private car sales Gather: Seller name Contact info (phone/email/chat screenshot) Vehicle details (year, make, model, mileage, condition, price, location, photos, VIN if available) Cross-check if vehicle matches my buying criteria Call seller to: Confirm vehicle availability Ask preset qualifying questions Coordinate potential viewing/sale Update lead tracking sheet or CRM daily Communicate with me via WhatsApp, Slack, or email ✅ Requirements Excellent spoken and written English Outbound calling experience (must be confident on the phone) Stable internet connection and quiet working environment Basic knowledge of cars and vehicle terms (preferred but not required) Familiar with Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp Organized and able to follow up without being micromanaged Strong attention to detail and ability to verify info 🔧 Tools We’ll Use Google Sheets / Excel WhatsApp / Slack Google Voice or Skype for calling Screen recording for task reporting CRM or Notion (optional, can train) 🧠 Example of Criteria You’ll Use to Filter Leads Price: Under $9,000 Year: 2012+ Mileage: Under 120,000 miles Location: Within 75–150 miles of major Texas cities Private seller only Clean title (not salvage or rebuilt) No major damage or mechanical issues 💬 How to Apply Please send the following: A short voice note introducing yourself (1–2 min) Screenshot of your internet speed Brief message explaining your experience with calling or data research Your expected hourly rate Your availability (days and hours) 🎯 Bonus if You Have: Experience in car buying, brokering, or telemarketing Spanish-speaking ability (but not required) Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Notion
