A technology client is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. As a remote team member, you will handle various tasks using virtual communication tools and software to ensure smooth operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide general administrative support by managing emails, calls, and inquiries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events and maintain organized calendars.
- Assist with data entry, document management, and organization.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents, including emails and reports.
- Conduct online research and prepare summaries or reports.
- Coordinate virtual meetings and conference calls.
- Support project teams with coordination and progress updates.
- Maintain databases and contact lists.
- Manage virtual office tools, troubleshoot technical issues and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in virtual communication tools and software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Tech-savviness and ability to learn new software.
- Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Availability during regular business hours for virtual collaboration.
