We are an acquisition company seeking a highly organized and self-directed Virtual Assistant to support our business acquisition efforts. This is a crucial role focused on managing our daily deal pipeline and communicating professionally with business brokers. This is not a general administrative position; strong attention to detail and professional English communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

*  Daily searching of business listing platforms and broker sites for potential acquisition targets.
*  Evaluating listings against a predefined Pre-Filter Checklist.
*  Sending requests for Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) using provided email templates.
*  Accurately tracking all deals and broker contacts in a spreadsheet system.
*  Compiling and submitting a weekly pipeline report.
*  Promptly escalating strong deal matches for review.

Required Qualifications:

*  Strong written English communication skills (B2 minimum).
*  Proven experience in research, outreach, or deal tracking.
*  Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel).
*  Availability to work during US Eastern Time hours.
*  Background in business, finance, or Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) is preferred.
