Who We Are
We're a fast-growing ecommerce marketing agency based in New York. We run Meta ads and SMS marketing for Shopify brands. Small team, fast moving, and our clients expect to feel taken care of at all times.
Who We Need
A sharp, organized communicator who can own the client side of our business. You'll be the bridge between our internal team and our clients. You communicate daily with both, monitor what's happening across accounts, and flag anything off to the founders before it becomes a problem.
Day-to-Day Operations
Daily client communication and check ins
Coordinating with our internal team on deliverables and timelines
Monitoring client accounts, payments, and deliverables
Flagging anything off to the founders immediately
Showing up to weekly team calls with a full client update
Building and maintaining client trackers in ClickUp or Notion
Candidate Requirements
Sharp, natural communicator in English on calls and over text
Proactive, organized, and reliable
Experience in a client facing or account management role is a big plus
Able to start immediately
Based in Latin America, available 12pm to 5pm EST Monday through Friday
