Hours: 20–30 hours/week (flexible timezone, but must overlap with Sydney hours 2–4 hrs/day)
We’re an Australian-based hospitality group managing multiple venues including a high-volume pizzeria, café, and dessert bar. We’re looking for a switched-on, reliable VA who already knows their way around:
✅ Deputy (scheduling, timesheet exports, reports)
✅ Lightspeed POS (back end: products, cost prices, reporting)
✅ Bonus: Experience with Xero, Canva, Google Sheets
💼 Duties include:
Updating product pricing & cost of goods in Lightspeed
Exporting Deputy timesheets for payroll
Tracking labour costs + shift patterns
Basic admin: inbox management, staff rosters, supplier follow-up
Assist with SOP writing and occasional research
Optional: help format Canva templates (we provide designs)
