Job Description:
We are a U.S.-Based property investment business focused on home flipping, construction coordination, and rental property management. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented virtual assistant based in Central America to support day-to-day operations, vendor management, and tenant coordination.
🛠️ Responsibilities:

    Source and manage contractors/vendors for renovations and maintenance

    Compare bids and follow up on deadlines

    Coordinate repairs, tenant communications, and lease renewals

    Manage schedules for inspections, repairs, and move-ins/move-outs

    Organize receipts, track project expenses, and light bookkeeping

    Maintain property records and vendor contacts

    Research permit/zoning rules and assist with rental listings

💡 Requirements:

    Based in Central America (must overlap EST business hours)

    Excellent written and spoken English

    Experience supporting real estate, construction, or property management businesses

    Strong organization and follow-up skills

    Comfortable using: Google Workspace, Trello, WhatsApp, Slack, Excel

    Bonus: Familiar with property management tools (e.g. AppFolio, Buildium, RentRedi)
