Acquisition of Three Production-Ready White-Label Software Codebases

We are seeking to license three distinct, production-ready, white-label software codebases to expand our internal B2B software library. We require full commercial rights for re-selling or embedding these solutions into other client projects. Prototypes or incomplete projects will not be accepted; all codebases must be fully functional and well-tested.

Project Requirements:

1. ai/ml: ai-powered early disease prediction and healthcare assistant portal
  - technologies: python, flask or streamlit, mysql database, and integration with kaggle datasets.
  - Functionality: Must include robust ai/ml models for early disease prediction and a user-friendly portal for healthcare assistance.

2. Retail / ERP Module
  - Technologies: Built on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  - Functionality: Must cover essential retail operations including Point of Sale (POS), comprehensive inventory tracking, and automated invoice generation.

3. Cybersecurity/Cloud: Secure Cloud File Storage System
  - Technologies: Developed using Python or Java, with cloud integration via AWS S3 or Firebase.
  - Functionality: Must feature secure cloud file storage capabilities, robust cryptography for data protection, and multi-factor authentication (OTP verification).

Deliverables for each codebase:
- Clean, fully documented source code with full commercial rights.
- Comprehensive database schemas.
- Deployment scripts for easy setup.
- Architecture diagrams, preferably in Markdown format (e.g., README.md).
- A brief live screenshare session to walk through the setup process, key design decisions, and usage instructions before the final milestone release.

We will thoroughly review the functionality, code quality, and documentation of each codebase before final approval.
