The Assistant Project Manager is a key position supporting the manager and team with the following responsibilities:
- Work and coordinate with Project Managers to monitor on a monthly basis and generate a standard report on construction projects from a scheduling point of view (highlighting projects coming up for governance approvals and procurement clearances; and projects tracked by the Managing Directors).  Report to be used to also update and deliver monthly results for clients.
- Support the management team as needed.
- Support the PMO initiatives - perform administrative functions in support of the project management process and provide business and analytical support.
- Participate in project meetings and follow up on required action items. 
- Review and revise the portion of the departmental website to improve the intranet presence. Update the information with the latest policy and procedures.
- Demonstrate skill in tailoring oral and written communications to the needs of the situation and objectives of the unit
- Has ability to work proactively under pressure and in a fast-paced team environment, while demonstrating initiative, resourcefulness and a drive for results.
- Coordinate and perform other duties/activities as may be required from time to time to meet emerging requirements.
