Bilingual Appointment Setter (English/Spanish) - Cold Calls to Us Med Spas

We are Beauty Autopilot ai, the beauty division of iq studio agency. We build ai systems for high-ticket beauty businesses in the us (med spas, aesthetic clinics, permanent makeup): ai websites, chatbots, voice assistants that answer calls and book appointments, automatic reminders and client follow-up.

the role
cold calls in english to owners and managers of these businesses, starting with florida and the east coast. The goal is not to sell: it's to qualify (missed appointments, patients who don't come back, unanswered calls) and book a diagnostic video call with our closer. Full script provided.

TOOLS
- JustCall Sales Dialer (campaigns by state and time zone)
- GoHighLevel CRM (call notes in English, pipeline, calendar)

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent, natural English (native or near-native). Spanish is a plus.
- Proven experience in cold calling / appointment setting for US businesses.
- Availability during US Eastern Time business hours.
- Quiet space and a good headset.
