This project is focused on hiring a full-time bilingual (English/Spanish) appointment setter to help schedule qualified sales calls for a digital marketing and AI-driven lead generation company. πΉ The Business Need: Our company specializes in seo, ppc, website optimization, and lead generation for service-based businesses (landscapers, home services, tree services, etc.). We need a dedicated appointment setter to help convert leads into booked calls using AI tools, automation, and manual outreach. This is a remote, full-time/contract position with a 30-day trial contract to ensure the hire can meet key performance metrics. πΉ Key Outcomes Expected from This Role: Book a minimum of 1% conversion rate (for every 100 leads contacted, at least 1 scheduled appointment). Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Go High Level, CRM automation) to assist in outreach and lead qualification. Engage and nurture leads through calls, emails, SMS, and automation. Daily reporting via Slack with key performance updates. Autonomous roleβthis person must take ownership of their process and results without requiring micromanagement. πΉ Ideal Candidate Profile: Fluent in English & Spanish (written & spoken). Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales. Strong understanding of AI tools and automation in sales. Comfortable working remotely and independently with clear KPIs. Open to learning and mastering a provided lead-generation tool. This project is essential to ensuring that our lead generation efforts translate into sales opportunities and that our sales pipeline remains consistently filled. π The goal is simple: Get qualified prospects on the phone with our sales team and create a predictable, scalable system for appointment setting. π
