Bilingual Virtual Assistant (English/Spanish) for Administrative & Research Support

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Virtual Assistant for a 2-week contract, with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will be based in Bogotá or Medellin, Colombia, and possess excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable making local calls on our behalf and is proficient with modern digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Neighborhood Research: Conduct in-depth research on various neighborhoods, focusing on safety, amenities, and general living conditions.
Housing Options: Identify suitable housing options for a 60-day stay, specifically looking for dog-friendly accommodations for a Border Collie mix.
Coworking and Fitness Research: Research available coworking spaces and gym facilities conveniently located near target neighborhoods.
Vet Clinic Research: Locate USDA-accredited or equivalent veterinary clinics essential for international pet travel requirements.
Local Logistics: Assist with planning local tours and coordinating transport logistics.
Calendar Management: Provide comprehensive calendar management, including scheduling appointments and managing reminders.
Communication Support: Offer email and phone outreach support, including initial intake and appointment setting with various contacts.

Required Skills and Qualities:

Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication and research.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Comfortable and effective in making professional local phone calls.
Proficiency with digital tools and a strong aptitude for learning new technologies (AI fluency is a plus).
