Our Ecommerce store focuses on jewelry products for European customers focussing on different language markets. Over the next 12 months we are planning for large growth and need a highly skilled team member to be part of that journey.
We need someone who is talented, committed and highly organised to work on administrative tasks and customer support.
This fully remote role is a great opportunity for someone to really develop and progress their skills and the role, and take on more responsibility as we grow.

For this job I search for someone who is Brazlian, and preferable lives in Sao Paulo city.

After this job is finished, there is lot of possiblities to join our company as a full time virtual assistant.
We have lots of great things in the pipeline and you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in many different areas of the business.


Requirements - What We Need From You

-At least intermediate English - I will interview you in English on a video call. I speak Portuguese (intermediate), but communicating in English will make my life so much easier.
-Comfortable using Google Documents - You will enter your results into Google Spreadsheets and it needs be prepared in a way that it makes it for the viewer accesible in a smart way.
-Intelligent, Self Motivated, Highly organised and Confident in asking questions - You’ll be working remotely with communication across a variety of channels and task management through Google Sheets so we need to be sure that you ask questions if you are not sure of what to do and that you can be self-motivated and able to organise multiple streams of work effectively.

Some Examples of What Task you would work on after finishing this first job and joining our company for full time:

-Fulfill orders on our Supplier Platform
-Data Entry from our Ads Campaigns and Sales
-Check Comments of Facebook Ads in Foreign Languages (with the help of Google Translate)
-Answer customer mails and messages in foreign languages like German, with Templates and Google Translate
-Process Documentation
-Part of your role will be to create standardised documentation for our team as we expand further in the future.
