Commission-Based Sales & Client Acquisition Specialist

I'm a packaging and branding designer with 2+ years of experience working with us-based fmcg brands beverages, food products, and consumer goods. I'm expanding my client base and looking for a motivated freelance sales & Client Acquisition Specialist who can bring in clients on a pure commission basis. This is a fully remote role work from anywhere, on your own schedule.

Your role is straightforward reach out to small-to-mid-sized US brands (beverages, snacks, food startups, personal care) that need packaging design, introduce my work, and warm them up for a conversation with me. I handle everything after that design, delivery, and client management. You just need to make the connection happen.

For every client you close, you earn a flat 33% commission, paid within 48 hours of the client's payment clearing. There's no cap, it's entirely up to how hard you push.

I'm looking for someone comfortable with cold outreach whether that's email, DMs, LinkedIn, or wherever you work best. US market knowledge is a big plus, since knowing who buys packaging design gives you a head start. A design background isn't required just hustle and solid communication skills. Proof of past outreach or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
