We're hiring an assertive self-starter who thrives in strategizing, building systems, hiring a great team & following through on execution. You love working on projects that begin conceptually and bringing them to reality.

We envision tapping into the massive small to medium business market in the US and beyond, providing them with outstanding overseas talent for a fraction of the cost, while helping overseas talent to find great long-term jobs with good pay and potential benefits.

This is a paid full-time role. Remote is possible but not mandatory.


Desired Skills and Characteristics
• Very fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Intelligent, curious and a quick-learner
• Hungry and self-starting personality
• Experience (or ability to learn quickly) in B2B sales & outstanding service delivery
• Knowledge of basic business administration activities
• Past experience in leadership or management
