The researcher will be prompted with a list of 300 retailers in the uk (name and url), and will answer a form with the following questions:

1) whether the retailer delivers to the region
1.1) If yes, specifics as follows: standard delivery time (days) next day delivery (y/n), same day delivery (y/n), standard delivery cost, free delivery threshold, and a source
2) Whether the retatiler offers click-and-collect to the region
2.1) If yes, standard time to collect (hours), same day collection (y/n), next day collection (y/n), standard cost of collection, and a source.
3) Return options, how long the retailer allows shoppers to return purchased items, if there is a prepaid return option, and a source.
4) Communication channels: Facebook URL, Youtube channel URL, Instagram profile, Twitter URL, Pinterest url, web submission form url, live chat (y/n), email address, if they have an android app (y/n) or a iphone app (y/n)
5) merchandising questions, namely: is there a store finder, a rating of the visual appeal and ease of navigation, checkout options, and product page characteristics.
