Dear Potential Cooperating Freelancers,
I would need a part time ( about 1-3 hrs weekly of message answering + being available in a range of 2 hrs daily 4 days per week for possible call) customer service help in Spanish language (Latin America), for a freshly opened small store.
Usually, 95% of questions come within two categoris: A. Checking if e-commerce store is real B. Help with understanding when the order will come, although usually tracking should work ok (calendar will be provided)
Channels:
1.

Facebook messenger
2. E-mail
3. calls (number will be provided, while it is enough to be available only 2 hrs daily for 4 days in week, to be adjusted with Freelancer)
For the above, payment in the range of usd 120 / month, which can be paid every 10 days or twice monthly or once per month, as preferred
