We are looking for a person who is a Paypal and Stripe dispute resolution specialist. We consider this an essential job position as the cash flow we handle and customer satisfaction depends on this job.
We have around 4,500 customers per month, therefore the volume of disputes we have is high and to work with us you must be a skilled, agile and highly knowledgeable person in disputes to try to resolve as many disputes as possible in our favor.
We don't care about your resume or education, we value our potential employees for their skills and experience. Therefore, we are going to leave you the following cases, and if you really want to work with us, show your skills and tell us what you would do to solve the cases in the screenshots attached in the offer.
Explanation Case 1: The first (cases 1 zoilo) the customer complains that he has not received the product and contacts us.
Explanation Case 2: The second (cases 2 part 1 zoilo and cases 2 part 2 Zoilo) the customer opens a dispute and says that the product he has received is different from the one described.
As for hours worked and salary, it is to be determined so you will have a call with our CEO and in the call we will discuss our intention and be open to hear from you.
Obviously, good work is rewarded. There are tips for disputes that are won, which will also be discussed in the call with our CEO.
Needless to say the typical characteristics that a person has to meet to work in any company:
Ease of working in a group.
Willingness to work and get involved in a long term project. (It seems obvious but it is fundamental for us).
