We are a fast-growing e-commerce publishing company based in the UK

We are looking for a passionate, fast-learning and experienced customer service officer to join our team.

You will be given a lot of responsibility plus a lot of training on all of our processes. Your job is to manage our trade and retail customer enquiries.

Here are some of your responsibilities:

Respond to customer emails.
Process trade orders.
Issue refunds.


You must have an excellent command over both written and spoken English. You should have extensive experience in customer service.

You will get work from home but will need to work in the British time zone.

You must be a fast learner as we will provide you with lots of training.

This is a long-term position.
