We are seeking a highly motivated and English-fluent commercial specialist to re-engage our abandoned clients and leads. Our company operates a mobile dog grooming service in the Bay Area, California, and we are looking for a proactive individual to help us reactivate past interest and convert dormant leads into active customers. The primary responsibilities will include contacting previous clients who have not used our services recently, following up on leads that did not convert, understanding their needs, addressing any concerns, and scheduling new appointments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a strong ability to build rapport over the phone or via text. Experience in sales, lead nurturing, or customer re-engagement, particularly within a service-based industry, is highly valued. This role requires a dedicated individual who can work independently to achieve sales targets and contribute to our growth.
