We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to expand our warehouse management software (WMS) solution across the United States market on a commission-based partnership model.

Time Zone: US Business Hours preferred

About the Role
As our Enterprise Sales Representative, you will be the primary sales driver for new customer acquisition in the US market. You'll identify qualified prospects, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close high-value B2B deals independently.

Success Profile: You're an experienced enterprise software sales professional with a proven track record closing deals with US companies. You work autonomously, excel at cold prospecting, and thrive on commission-based compensation. You speak Portuguese fluently (for reporting and team communication) and English at business level.

Your Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research qualified prospects in the US market using LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking

Lead Qualification: Determine prospect fit, budget, authority, and timeline through initial discovery conversations

Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demos and technical presentations tailored to client needs

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and implementation timelines with clients and internal stakeholders

Deal Closure: Close contracts independently and ensure proper documentation in our CRM

Customer Onboarding: Support initial customer setup and basic implementation guidance

Reporting: Provide weekly activity reports and monthly pipeline summaries in Portuguese

CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline data for forecasting and analysis

Required Qualifications
Experience

5+ years closing B2B enterprise software deals

Proven success selling to US-based companies

Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)

Language & Communication
Fluent Portuguese (Brazil) - verbal and written
Business-level English (C1) - for client interactions and demos
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Technical & Competencies
Self-starter mentality with entrepreneurial drive
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic understanding of software solutions and warehouse/logistics operations

Comfortable working 100% independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

Previous experience in commission-only or independent contractor sales roles

Existing network of contacts in the US software/supply chain market

Experience with WMS, warehouse management, or logistics software

Commission & Compensation Structure
Commission Rate: 12-15% of gross contract value per deal closed

Payment Terms: 50% upon contract signature + 50% upon customer activation/payment

Unlimited Earnings: Scale your income by closing more deals

Performance Bonuses: Available for exceeding monthly/quarterly targets

Earning Potential Examples:

Conservative: 2 deals × $5,000 ACV × 12% = $1,200/month

Strong: 4 deals × $8,000 ACV × 12% = $3,840/month

Top Performer: 8 deals × $12,000 ACV × 15% = $14,400/month+

Contract Details
Duration: Open-ended (ongoing partnership)

Employment Type: Independent Contractor | Commission-based

Start Date: Flexible (immediate or within 2-4 weeks)

Work Schedule: Full-time effort expected; flexible hours within US business hours
