Customer service- CRM, follow-up calls/messages

Open to start-up flexibility
Ability to shift between projects
Willing and excited to learn new skills when necessary
Manage online content and files/recordings from Zoom
Follow-up and collect deposit from clients
Prompt replier of messages and be quick to follow-up
Can take good notes when attending meetings and follow-up.
