This role is crucial for our business and involves a significant amount of phone interaction. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to new leads, efficiently handling inbound inquiries, performing consistent follow-ups with prospects, and ultimately booking appointments for our sales team.

Given the phone-heavy nature of this position, exceptional communication skills are paramount. We are looking for a professional who possesses a warm, calm, friendly, and trustworthy demeanor on the phone. The goal is to ensure that all leads feel comfortable and unpressured throughout the interaction, fostering a positive initial experience.

A key performance indicator for this role is the ability to contact every new lead within 60 seconds during working hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for meticulously following up with prospects to nurture their interest and guide them towards a confirmed appointment. You will be working within our CRM system, adhering to established scripts and processes, and diligently updating lead statuses to maintain clear visibility for the entire team regarding each prospect's journey.
