Embedex, a U.S.-Based IT staffing and professional services company, is seeking an experienced Appointment Setter / BDR. The primary goal of this role is to build and nurture relationships with key partners including VARs, systems integrators, technology consulting firms, and regional MSPs across the United States. This position offers an hourly rate complemented by aggressive performance incentives based on qualified meetings and successful business closures. Responsibilities include: Conducting proactive outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. Engaging with senior decision-makers to effectively qualify potential opportunities. Scheduling high-quality meetings for company leadership. Maintaining meticulous CRM records and ensuring consistent follow-up with prospects. Candidates should note that a contact database, CRM, email infrastructure, and defined target account profiles are already in place. The focus of this role is solely on driving conversations and securing meetings, not on list building. We are looking for a professional with: Demonstrated experience in outbound sales or appointment setting. Strong proficiency in cold calling, particularly when engaging with senior-level decision-makers. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. A background in the technology industry is highly preferred. Experience with IT staffing, MSPs, VARs, or systems integration will be considered a significant advantage. Compensation for this role includes an hourly rate commensurate with experience, along with performance bonuses for qualified meetings, new partner relationships, and closed business.
