We are a laser hair removal clinic seeking a dedicated full-time Appointment Setter to manage incoming leads and maintain a full appointment schedule. This remote position requires a proactive individual with strong communication and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities include:
Receiving new leads via WhatsApp and promptly calling them to book appointments at our clinic.
If a lead does not answer, sending a WhatsApp message and following up consistently.
Handling basic customer communication through WhatsApp, such as answering questions about appointments and sending confirmations.
Following up with leads who have not responded within approximately 36 hours or the previous 3 days, using both calls and messages to secure bookings.
Managing reschedules and changes for existing clients as needed, which is a smaller but important part of the role.
Requirements:
Availability to work 6 days per week, 8 hours per day.
Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish is essential, as you will be communicating with diverse clients.
Demonstrated strong communication and persuasion skills, both on the phone and via WhatsApp.
Ability to respond quickly and maintain a sense of urgency with new leads.
Highly organized and consistent in follow-up procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Living in Brazil is preferred for this position.
Previous experience as an appointment setter, call center agent, sales representative, or in customer service is a plus.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, enjoys interacting with people, and excels at converting leads into confirmed appointments.
