Experienced B2b Cold Caller for Security Assessment Appointment Setting

We are a security risk consulting firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced cold caller to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to contact small business owners (e.g., Liquor stores, smoke shops, convenience stores, barbershops, salons) to book free 15-minute phone appointments for a no-cost security assessment. This role is focused purely on appointment setting; there is no selling or detailed service explanation required on your part. You will follow a provided script to secure these appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound cold calls to a list of small business owners.
- Successfully book free 15-minute phone appointments for security assessments.
- Accurately log every call and appointment in our CRM system.
- Adhere strictly to the provided calling script.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with a neutral or light accent.
- Proven B2B cold calling experience.
- Availability to work Monday–Friday during standard US business hours.
- Possess a reliable internet connection and a suitable phone/dialer setup.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based role. You will earn $50 USD for every client that signs up for our services after their initial free assessment. Our dedicated closer team handles all subsequent sales processes. Strong performers have the potential to earn $500–$1,000 per month or more, depending on the volume of successful appointments leading to client sign-ups.
