A critical requirement for this position is fluency in Arabic, as you will be working with clinics located in the Arab world. Your responsibilities will include: - Setting up and launching comprehensive Facebook campaigns. - Implementing and configuring retargeting pixels and custom conversions. - Managing and optimizing Lead Generation campaigns to maximize client acquisition. - Developing and executing retargeting funnels and custom audiences. - Analyzing campaign performance and providing detailed weekly reports. - Proposing strategic improvements to enhance conversion rates. - Collaborating closely with the account manager to continuously improve campaign outcomes. - Daily management of live Facebook campaigns. To be considered for this 'Rockstar Facebook Ads Manager' position, candidates must meet the following stringent requirements: - Demonstrated experience in setting up, launching, and effectively managing Facebook campaigns. - A proven track record of success, supported by verifiable examples and screenshot proof of previous campaigns. - A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads. - Experience in medical or clinic advertising is a significant advantage. - A solid understanding of various campaign structures, including cbo, abo, and retargeting. - Excellent communication skills and a high level of reliability. - Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory for client communication. - Knowledge of landing pages, funnels, conversions, and testing methodologies. - Ability to monitor client campaigns daily and report results accurately into a Google Spreadsheet.
