We are a US/Venezuelan couple currently based in Bogotá for a business trip and are seeking a highly reliable, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support for the next month. This role requires a professional with a warm demeanor and excellent organizational skills to ensure our personal and professional days run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently booking and managing personal and professional appointments.
* Coordinating various services and logistics, including travel arrangements and local errands.
* Proactively assisting with daily organizational tasks to maintain a structured schedule.
* Providing occasional care for our well-behaved dog, Indy.
Desired Qualities and Skills:
* Strong communication abilities, demonstrating clarity, proactivity, and responsiveness.
* High level of honesty and trustworthiness.
* Possesses a positive attitude and energetic approach to tasks.
* Must be a genuine dog lover.
* Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is strongly preferred to facilitate communication and coordination.
This is a temporary, one-month position starting immediately. The work format will be hybrid, requiring on-site presence while we are in Bogotá and remote support when we are traveling. We value character, reliability, and a positive work ethic above all.
