We are seeking an experienced recruiter to assist us in finding qualified candidates for a remote online job opportunity. Our primary goal is to receive a curated list of genuinely interested applicants, not merely general traffic or marketing exposure.

Target countries for candidate sourcing include:
- Brazil
- Mexico
- Colombia
- Argentina
- Peru
- Portugal

We require a freelancer who can actively search for and engage with potential candidates. In your proposal, please address the following points:
