We are seeking a highly motivated and professional telemarketing agent to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients in the United States and schedule appointments for our licensed life insurance agents. This role requires excellent communication skills and a results-driven approach.
Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in life insurance.
* Qualify prospects effectively and set high-quality appointments for our licensed agents.
* Adhere to call scripts while maintaining a natural, engaging, and professional conversation style.
* Accurately record all call outcomes and detailed appointment information in our system.
Requirements:
* Fluent English is essential. Candidates must demonstrate clear, confident, and professional communication when speaking with U.S.-Based clients.
* Proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset but not mandatory.
* Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is strongly preferred.
* Demonstrated strong communication, active listening, and persuasion skills.
* Ability to effectively handle objections and maintain consistent call volume.
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* 11:00 am to 7:00 pm (u.S. Central Time)
Compensation:
* Competitive pay will be offered, commensurate with experience.
* Performance-based incentives are available, tied to the number of appointments set and the quality of leads generated.
