Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Food Sales Representative to join our team in New Jersey Offices . As a Food Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Frozen Food at both street-level and corporate locations US nationwide. Your primary objective will be to increase sales, build strong customer relationships, and expand our customer base.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:
Identify and target potential customers, including individuals, businesses, and organizations.
Work with our  market research info to understand customer preferences, trends, and competition.
Work with sales actions and strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Generate leads and cold-call potential customers to introduce our Frozen Foods and secure sales opportunities.
Visit potencial and existing customers to sell more of our products , promote new flavors .
Visit existing customer base to follow up them on how products are being promoted in stores,  in their menus to advise on better ways to cook, promote and sell.
Actively participate in sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our products.

Account Management:
Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling special requests.
Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with customers to develop customized solutions and catering options for corporate events.

Marketing and Promotion:
Assist existing customers with marketing strategies and materials to promote our Frozen Foods in their facilities, stores , convention centers .
Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Product Management:
Stay informed about our Frozen Foods ingredients, flavors, and nutritional information.
Educate customers about the unique selling points and benefits of our Frozen Foods, nutrition facts, etc.
Monitor inventory levels, anticipate demand, and coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure product availability.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in food sales or a related field is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and build relationships.
Proven sales track record and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills to close sales deals.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control processes.
Flexibility to travel frequently and work non-traditional hours, including weekends or evenings, as required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
CRM daily work to have a complete sales forecast phases and updated sales revenue tracking .
