Freelance Customer Success Manager during COVID-19 crisis



We’re looking for  freelance Customer Success Managers who will support our company during and after the COVID-19 crisis. 



Your role

As a freelancer you will be working independently on two aspects of our company.

First, you will use your personal and professional contacts to acquire new Beeple customers. These are companies working with flex staff such as freelancers, volunteers and students, or companies with a lot of flex hours such as the security and cleaning industry. A few examples: fast food restaurants, retail brands, security companies, cleaning companies, volunteer organizations, etc.
Don’t worry, we will give you a full onboarding to give insight to our target audience and our sales team will support you during this sales process. 

Secondly, you will be fully responsible for the onboarding and support of these new clients. You will get free access to our Power User Program and our CS team is here to help you out if you have any questions.


Your fee

You will get 25% commission on every new Beeple customer that you acquired, based on the license fee.  On top, you get to keep 100% of the support fee you agree to with your Beeple customers.

What we expect from you

As our freelance customer success manager;

you are fluent in English and one other language of your choice. This could be French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Greek, Polish, etc.

You are a ‘jack of all trades’, very friendly on the phone and patient in giving client support.

You have experience in video conferencing as a lot of our support is done through the web.

You can explain an idea in a simple, clear and concise way.

You are flexible and make every effort for the Beeple customers.

Of course, you should be familiar with basic computer programs and mobile applications in general.
