Freelance Social Media Manager for Real Estate & Vacation Rentals in Algarve

Creativ Conciergerie, a growing family-owned company based in the Algarve, Portugal, specializes in real estate and vacation rental management with a focus on personalized service. We are seeking a talented Freelance Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and expand our social media channels.Main Responsibilities: Manage and animate our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Publish daily content: 1 story and 1 post per day on both Facebook and Instagram. Content will primarily be in English, with Portuguese and French used when relevant. Publish strategic content: 1 post per week on LinkedIn. Content creation: Develop engaging content using our Canva Professional templates, incorporating client reviews, high-quality visuals, photos, and videos. Community engagement: Post in Portuguese expat Facebook groups 2-3 times per week maximum, adhering strictly to group rules, and actively engage with the online community to attract new potential clients. Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO of Creativ Real Estate & Conciergerie for content validation and performance tracking.Candidate Profile: We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and organized freelance professional. Excellent English skills are mandatory. Proficiency in Portuguese and French is a significant advantage. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of current social media trends and proven experience in creating content on Canva, Instagram, and Facebook.
