Freshsales Expert, Data Consolidation Entry

We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our growing team. As a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through our chat platform. You will also be responsible for absorbing data points from client chats, updating Freshsales, entering new leads in Freshsales, follow ups, and basic lead operations.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through our chat platform
* Absorb data points from client chats and accurately update Freshsales
* Enter new leads in Freshsales
* Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales process
* Perform basic lead operations, such as qualifying leads and scheduling demos
* Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure that our clients are happy and successful

**Qualifications:**

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Freshsales
* Experience with lead generation and nurturing
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
