Full-Time Finance & Operations Analyst (Remote) - Own Our Numbers

We are seeking an exceptional Finance & Operations Analyst to take full ownership of our financial numbers, end-to-end. This remote, long-term role requires a professional who can meticulously track the profitability of every property, monitor material and labor expenditures as projects progress, manage accounts payable and receivable, and provide clear financial insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly autonomous and report directly to leadership, with potential for growth into managing the entire financial operation.

Key Responsibilities:
*  Track gross profit for each property from inception to close, maintaining live updates on material and labor costs.
*  Proactively gather all necessary financial data from various sources, ensuring complete and accurate records.
*  Manage payroll processes and reconcile investor portfolio accounts, generating regular reports.
*  Collaborate closely with our external accountant to ensure all financial data aligns with official books.
*  Perform small, careful edits to in-house web tools and databases as needed, with prior approval.

Required Qualifications:
*  Demonstrated relentless follow-up and persistence in obtaining necessary information.
*  Fluent in both English and Spanish, for both written and spoken communication.
*  Strong understanding of financial concepts including gross profit, margins, billed vs. Collected, reconciliation, and payroll.
*  Exceptional accuracy and trustworthiness in handling financial information.
*  Proficiency in spreadsheet applications for financial analysis and reporting.
*  Basic comfort with editing web tools and databases without causing issues.
