Title: Full-Time Remote Growth + Customer Success Manager (SaaS for Restoration Companies)

Company: Dryout Logs (small SaaS for restoration contractors; reporting/documentation for insurance claims)
Type: Full-time remote (overseas)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Pacific (plus light responsiveness for urgent client issues)
Pay and bonus depending on experience + performance bonuses (retention + new subscriptions)



What you’ll own (A–Z)

You will run day-to-day operations for a small SaaS:

1) Client retention & support
    •    Handle inbound support (email/SMS/phone/WhatsApp as needed)
    •    Reduce churn: reach out to canceling clients, diagnose why they’re leaving, fix issues or offer solutions
    •    Onboard new clients and ensure they successfully use the platform
    •    Reporting possible issues and improvement reports to raise customer experience

2) Outbound sales / new customer acquisition
    •    Build lists of restoration companies (US/Canada focus)
    •    Run outreach: cold email + SMS/text campaigns + light calling
    •    Follow up, book demos, and close subscriptions (scripts provided—improve them)

3) Basic website + product troubleshooting (light tech)
    •    Triage bugs and UX issues, reproduce problems, and communicate clearly
    •    Make simple edits (WordPress/Webflow/Shopify-style tasks or basic html/css edits—whatever applies)
    •    coordinate with a developer when deeper fixes are needed

4) marketing execution
    •    maintain and post on social (ig/fb/linkedin)
    •    launch simple campaigns and report results weekly
    •    improve landing pages and basic brand presence



you are a fit if you have:
    •    experience in customer success / support + sales outreach
    •    comfortable wearing many hats (small company operator mindset)
    •    basic understanding of websites: ui/ux, simple edits, troubleshooting
    •    familiarity with tools like: google workspace, canva, crm (hubspot/zoho/etc), email tools, sms tools
    •    strong written english + clear communication on calls



bonus points
    •    experience selling to restoration / construction / trades
    •    familiar with saas subscriptions, churn, onboarding
    •    light knowledge of seo, paid ads, or automations (zapier)
