Getting warm B2b leads to offer cursos de ingles para empresas online

I need to have 1 or 2 warm to hot leads of interested companies (with employee sizes of between 50-200 people) in Spain who would be interested to do cursos de inglés online with native teachers subsidised by FUNDAE*.  I have attached a copy of my business presentation in Spanish

My website has already been setup, I have a virtual address in Chamberi, Madrid for my business activities and am a registered autonomo. However despite my best efforts with email marketing I am unable to get a Spanish company for a meeting to at least pitch my idea.



So I need someone who has experience with B2B lead generation in Spain in particular with formación.  This will be an ongoing job as I want to expand across the country over the next year.

*As an autónomo I can hire other teachers and become a FUNDAE training centre to do online English courses but not to do the necessary paperwork required by the companies to do for FUNDAE
