Google Doc to Editable Word Conversion

I need assistance in converting a Google Document into a Word document. The primary purpose of this conversion is so that I can perform content editing while still maintaining a similar layout.

I'm open to minor modifications to the overall layout. However, an almost identical layout is preferable.

Please note, the work will not require image editing; the focus is purely on the content.
