Hiring Specialist (Video Editors)

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Hiring Specialist with a sharp eye for talent, specializing in finding top-tier video editors to join our YouTube creative agency. Your role will be to identify, evaluate, and onboard video editors who can take raw footage and produce amazing, engaging content.

**Responsibilities:**
- Source and recruit skilled longform and shortform video editors with expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and motion graphics.
- Evaluate candidates based on their ability to turn raw footage into high-quality, engaging content.
- Ensure potential hires have A+ communication skills and can collaborate effectively via Discord chat.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline from job posting through to onboarding.
- Stay current on industry trends and editing techniques to ensure you recruit the best talent available.
 
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in hiring or talent acquisition, particularly for creative or technical roles.
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and motion graphics is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of the qualities that make a video editor capable of producing amazing YouTube content.
 
**Compensation:**
