Hotel Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Hotel Marketing Manager to join our team.
As a Hotel Marketing Manager; you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and advertising plans, supporting business objectives and development, brand/rebrand building and promotions.
Flexible time schedule a requirement.

At least 2 years progressive Sales, Marketing and Hospitality experience.


Responsibilities:

1. Hotel Planning and Execution. Long hours sometimes required.

2. Collaborate with hotel owner/management, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and budget requirements for hotel renovations.
Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to timelines.

3. Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written . Must be attentive,courteous,friendly and service-oriented in all aspects.

4. Assist in the development and monitoring of project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control.

5. Serve as the primary point of contact for all hotel-related communications, maintaining open lines of communication with hotel owner and management.

6. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information both to management and clients.

7. Perform other duties as requested by management.


Requirements:

Hospitality, or a related management field (preferred).
Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients at all levels.
Knowledge of hotel processes, pricing, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Stay current on social media trends; assist with promotional updates, advertising.
Provide daily/weekly update at all times.
