Hr Freelancer for Business Partner Recruitment and Onboarding

We are seeking an experienced HR Freelancer to identify, develop, and onboard Business Partners for the StrongBody platform. This role is crucial for expanding our network of qualified professionals across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Experts: Leverage your existing contacts, professional networks, and recruitment resources to identify high-caliber experts from any industry. The goal is to introduce qualified professionals to StrongBody's Digital Profile Shop ecosystem.

Introducing the Opportunity: Effectively communicate the value proposition of joining StrongBody. This includes providing comprehensive job descriptions, detailed FAQ materials, and clear guidance on how to establish and operate their Digital Profile Shop. Highlight the core benefits such as access to international clients, utilization of AI-powered voice translation technology, and the significant opportunity to earn more as independent experts through their digital store.

Closing Partnerships: Guide and assist prospective experts through the partnership process. This involves helping them register their accounts, complete their professional profiles accurately, and activate their membership plans to begin offering their services on the platform.

Onboarding Support: Provide dedicated support to new experts during their initial onboarding phase. Ensure they fully understand the platform's functionalities, operational procedures, and best practices. While StrongBody's internal team will offer technical support and initial guidance, your role is to ensure a smooth and successful transition for each new partner.
